These Terms govern your use of watchcast.video (the "Service"), operated by Naerukoda Media OÜ ("watchcast", "we", "us"), registered at Kärje tn 13-1, 11620 Tallinn, Estonia. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
watchcast is a streaming-only web service that publishes a human-curated daily ranking of stand-up comedy clips and an archive of past picks. Access to the full ranking and archive requires an active trial or paid membership.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. Memberships are for personal use by a single account holder; you may not share or resell access.
3. Free trial
New memberships may include a 7-day free trial with full access. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your membership converts to a paid subscription automatically.
4. Subscription, auto-renewal & pricing
- Paid memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual, as selected) at the price shown at checkout.
- We display the exact renewal amount and date before you confirm.
- Taxes may apply depending on your location and are shown at checkout.
- We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to your next renewal, not the current period.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account in one click. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge. On cancellation of a paid membership you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, redistribute, or publicly perform Service content; circumvent access controls; or use the Service unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
7. Content & intellectual property
Comedy sets remain the property of their respective creators and rights holders; watchcast licenses or curates them for streaming. Our trademarks, design, and compilation are owned by Naerukoda Media OÜ. Submissions are handled under our Content Policy.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
