This policy explains what personal data Naerukoda Media OÜ ("watchcast", "we") collects when you use watchcast.video, why we collect it, the legal bases we rely on, how long we keep it, and the rights you have. We are the data controller. Contact our privacy team at [email protected].
1. Data we collect

2. Why we use it & legal bases
- To provide the Service (account, streaming, daily ranking) — performance of a contract.
- To take payment and prevent fraud — contract and legitimate interests.
- To improve curation and reliability — legitimate interests, balanced against your privacy.
- Analytics & advertising cookies — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Legal compliance — to meet accounting, tax, and consumer-law obligations.
3. Sharing & processors
We share data only with processors that help us run the Service (for example payment processing, email delivery, and hosting), under contracts that require appropriate safeguards. We list specific processors here only once they are actually in use. We do not sell your personal data. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Retention
We keep account and billing data for as long as your membership is active and afterwards only as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Usage and technical data are kept for a limited period and then deleted or aggregated. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
5. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or your local supervisory authority.
6. Cookies
Essential cookies are always on; analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you accept. See our Cookie Policy for the categories and how to change your choice.
7. Changes
We will post updates here and revise the effective date. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
