We want you to feel safe trying watchcast. This policy explains the free trial and the money-back path on your first paid charge.
1. The 7-day free trial
New memberships start with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing — the cleanest possible "refund" is simply never being billed.
2. 7-day money-back on your first charge
If you forget to cancel and your trial converts to a paid membership, your first paid charge is covered by a 7-day money-back path. Email [email protected] within 7 days of that charge and we'll refund it.
How to request a refund: email [email protected] from the address on your account, mention the charge date, and we'll process the refund to your original payment method.
3. Renewals after the first charge
Subsequent renewals are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges and keep access until the end of the current billing period. We review exceptional cases (for example a clear billing error) in good faith.
4. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under Estonian or EU law, including any statutory right of withdrawal that applies to your purchase.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. The time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
