Content policy

What we publish

Naerukoda Media OÜ · Tallinn, Estonia · Effective 2026-04-25

watchcast is a curated stand-up comedy service. This policy describes the kind of content we rank, what we won't publish, our position on AI, and the copyright clearance we require from anyone submitting a set.

What we curate

Live stand-up comedy: crowd-work, observational sets, storytelling, character bits, headliner sets, and open-mic finds. We rank on how hard a set lands, not on virality or engagement metrics.

Prohibited content

We do not publish material that:

Comedy explores difficult subjects, and edgy material is welcome; the lines above are about real-world harm and unlawful content, not about taste.

AI disclosure

watchcast curation is done by people, not an engagement algorithm. Where we ever use automated tools to help with operational tasks (for example transcription or tagging), it supports human curators and does not replace the editorial decision. We do not publish synthetic "AI comedian" performances passed off as live human sets, and we expect submissions to be genuine recordings of real performances.

Copyright clearance for submissions

If you submit a set, you confirm that:

Submission doesn't guarantee a ranking, and we may decline or remove any content at our discretion. Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA & Copyright process.
