watchcast is a small, independent paid-subscription video service built around a single idea: every day, a human picks the funniest stand-up clip you'll watch and ranks the rest. No algorithmic feed, no doom-scroll — one great laugh a day, plus a deep archive when you want more.
What we do
Our founder Margus Tamm and the curation team watch new sets, open-mic recordings, and headliner clips every morning. The funniest set becomes that day's number one; the rest are ranked honestly, with fresh finds flagged and climbers and fallers tracked day to day. Crowd-work sits next to storytelling, and unknown open-mic acts sit next to seasoned headliners.

What we avoid
We deliberately don't build an endless feed, and we don't optimise for time-on-site. We're a streaming-only web service — we do not currently offer native mobile apps, smart-TV apps, offline downloads, or 4K, and we won't claim features we haven't built.
