What your notice must include
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The specific URL(s) or a description that lets us locate the allegedly infringing material on watchcast.
- Your contact details — name, address, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
What happens next
On receiving a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material and make a reasonable effort to notify the party who submitted it. We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] including your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, your contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake. We may restore the material in line with applicable law.
